Training Calendar
Every effort is made to keep our training calendar up to date and accurate; however it is subject to change without notice.
Registrant cancellation/refund policy
All cancellations or requests for changes must be made in writing five (5) working days prior to the commencement date of the course. You may request any one of the following: a) A full refund of course fees on cancellation. b) Transfer (re-scheduling) to another course. c) Substitution of another person to attend the nominated course. If a written request is received in less than five (5) working days prior to the commencement date of the course then no refund will be available.
Clearwater event cancellation policy
Strict minimum and maximum numbers apply to training events. An event may be cancelled if the number of attendees is less than the minimum number of attendees required. As such, confirmation will be sent one week before the event (at the latest) to confirm that the training event is proceeding or if numbers have necessitated it being cancelled or postponed.
