Getting to know MUSIC V4
Day One of the course will enable participants to apply the MUSIC software and understand the some of the theory and assumptions behind the model.
Users will learn how to simulate and evaluate the performance of stormwater treatment measures, either singularly or in a treatment train.
 
Objectives
  • Provide an introduction to the MUSIC Model
  • Be able to interpret output from MUSIC simulations
  • Understand basic theory and assumptions behind MUSIC
  • Give hands on experience at building, running and reviewing MUSIC Models
 
Each course includes:
  • Presentation of MUSIC with one of Australia’s foremost WSUD practitioners, Dale Browne
  • Training materials including: MUSIC v4 user manual, Presentation notes, worked examples.
  • Catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
  • The chance to meet other people in this field and swap ideas and contact details

For maximum benefit we recommend participants complete day 1 of ‘MUSIC V4 Training’ before ‘Assessors Training’ if they are new to the MUSIC model.
