Clearwater delivered a problem definition teaser workshop in June 2014. Strong feedback from this session along with the recent needs assessment indicated the need for a more comprehensive course on problem definition and problem solving, specific to the water industry.
Based on this, we are currently taking expressions of interest for a one – two day training session on problem solving in complex environments. It will be a newly developed module. Once we have enough registrations of interest we will be in contact to offer and discuss the course in more detail.
Session summary
This one or two day intensive course will provide you with in-depth understanding of problem definition and solving processes and the tools available that can assist in defining the issue and exploring pathways in complex environments where solutions are not immediately visible. You will understand the Cynefin framework and explore practical tools to effectively solve complex problems experienced in our increasingly complex day to day work.

Please note there will be a fee for delivering this course. Approximate cost would be around $500 per person per day.
