Updated Melbourne Water MUSIC resources: Guidelines and Auditor

Melbourne Water has specific guidelines for those submitting MUSIC models to Melbourne Water. These guidelines ensure that a consistent, scientifically based approach is applied to MUSIC models, and provide guidance on input parameters and modelling approaches for the Melbourne Region.

Melbourne Water has recently updated the available resources relating to the MUSIC software:

  • Melbourne Water MUSIC Guidelines (PDF)
  • 10 year rainfall templates (ZIP - will download automatically)

In addition, the MUSIC auditor website (which can be used to assess MUSIC models and check that they comply with the above guidelines) has been updated to reflect the above changes and incorporate the new parameters.
